I am passionate about this work that deepens connection to ourselves, others, and the rhythms that surround us while getting to the simplicity, humor, and lightness of life.

I believe in going outside just to breathe,
country music + cruising northern Michigan,
rescue chihuahua mixes,
understated everything,
walking in the rain,
spontaneous dancing,
people who are both incredibly light and incredibly deep,
farmers markets,
and that first sip of hot local dark roast.
